Community and Safety Rules

At Camping Os Carballos, our greatest commitment is to guarantee peace, safety, and rest for all our campers. By finalizing your reservation at our facilities in Pintens (Cangas), you agree to comply with the following rules, designed to protect the exclusivity and the natural environment that surrounds us.

01. Access and Entry Control

  • Online Check-in: For your convenience and to comply with traveler registration regulations, check-in must be done digitally before your arrival.
  • Strict Entry Times: Under no circumstances will check-ins be accepted outside the hours established by reception.
  • Gate Closure: To ensure safety during the night, the main access gate will remain closed during the night hours stipulated at reception.
  • Overstay Penalty: Respecting departure times is vital for the next campers. Occupying the plot outside the dates or times of your reservation carries an automatic penalty of €24.00 in High Season and €22.00 in Low Season.

02. The Value of Silence

  • Quiet Period: During the nightly quiet hours from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM (informed upon arrival), it is strictly forbidden to make noise that could disturb the rest of neighboring plots.
  • Vehicles: During the quiet period, motorized vehicles (cars, motorhomes, motorcycles) are not allowed to circulate inside the grounds. The main gate closes, leaving a small door open for entering or exiting on foot (except in cases of emergency).
  • Sound Equipment: The use of speakers or multimedia devices must always be kept at a volume that does not exceed the limits of your own plot (60 m²).

03. Safety and Grill Use

  • Exclusive Use of the Grill: Fires for cooking are only allowed in the general designated grill area.
  • Wind Conditions: For safety and extreme risk of forest fire, the use of the grill is strictly prohibited on windy days.
  • Fuel: Only charcoal is allowed in the grill.
  • Evacuation Plan: The campsite has an Official Evacuation Plan. Please review the emergency signage posted throughout the facilities.

04. Pet Regulations

  • We love animals, but their access is subject to the mandatory presentation of an up-to-date vaccination record.
  • In the case of breeds subject to specific regulations, it is mandatory to present a non-dangerousness certificate. Management reserves the right of admission if this documentation is not presented.
  • Pets must remain leashed and controlled at all times within the common areas of the campsite.

Serious or repeated failure to comply with these community rules will empower the campsite management to terminate the accommodation contract and request that you leave the facilities without the right to a refund.
