To ensure a perfect experience from the moment you decide to visit us, at Camping Os Carballos we are committed to maximum transparency. Below, we detail the terms and conditions that govern bookings at our facilities in the Aldán estuary. By confirming your booking, you accept these terms in full.
To preserve the tranquility and relaxed atmosphere of our 20 plots, the mandatory minimum booking is 3 nights throughout the season.
The booking system allows you to choose the exact plot number on the interactive map. Management is committed to honoring this choice, except in cases of force majeure or maintenance that require relocation to a plot with identical features.
Bookings are personal and non-transferable. The booking holder must be present during the stay and match the details provided in the online check-in.
The total amount for the stay will be paid at the time of booking through our secure payment gateway (virtual POS).
Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your stay and the link to complete the traveler registration (online check-in). If you do not receive it within 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact us.
We understand that plans can change. Therefore, we offer cancellation with full refund (100% of the amount) provided official notification is given more than 48 hours in advance of the official arrival date and time.
Any cancellation notified within 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival day will result in total loss (100%) of the amount paid for the booking. No refunds will be made under any circumstances within this period.
If you decide to cut short your stay and leave before the final reserved date, the amount for unused days will not be refunded.
It is strictly necessary to respect the entry and exit times stated in your confirmation document to facilitate maintenance work and the arrival of new campers.
Occupancy of the plot outside the dates or times stipulated in the booking will result in an automatic financial penalty of €24.00 in High Season and €22.00 in Low Season.
It is mandatory to complete the digital registration form before your arrival. Without this step, access to the facilities will not be permitted.
